WHAT: Dr. Karen Salmon, State Superintendent of Schools, will speak during an opening session at the Annual 2017 Spring Joint Conference hosted by the Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) and Maryland Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP). This event will focus on creating a culture of personalized learning for principals, assistant principals, and aspiring leaders.
