Department Offers Acidified Foods Training Program
ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Department of Agriculture’s Food Quality Assurance Office will host the “Understanding Acidified Foods Workshop” on Tuesday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at 50 Harry S Truman Pkwy, Annapolis. The training is designed to teach the basics of food safety requirements and regulations for manufacturing acidified food products in Maryland.
Seats are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. On-site registration will not be accepted. Registration fee is $250 and includes materials, refreshments, and lunch. Registration closes on May 9. Click here for the registration form and additional conference information.
