Meeting Notice: Governor’s Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture to meet September 27

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Governor’s Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture will meet on Tuesday, September 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, 50 Harry S Truman Pkwy, Annapolis.  The agenda will include a briefing by the Maryland Department of Agriculture on the Pollinator Protection Plan, a presentation from the Department of Planning on “The Future of Sustainable Farming and Forestry in Maryland,” and a discussion among Commission members about potential issues facing the agriculture community.
