Funding Available through the Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Fund

Concept Proposal due by June 29, 2016

ANNAPOLIS, MD –  The Governor’s Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape Growing is conducting a two-phase competition to award an estimated $100,000 from the Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Fund.  The Fund (Agricultural Article, § 2- 1102) seeks to promote the production and consumption of Maryland wine and increase growth of commercial wine grapes in the state.  The Maryland Department of Agriculture is the administrative agency responsible for receiving the applications and disbursing grant money to successful applicants.
