Workshop on Understanding Acidified Foods Offered

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Department of Agriculture’s Food Quality Assurance program will host an “Acidified Foods Training Workshop” conducted by Biointellipro LLC from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The workshop is designed to teach the basics of food safety requirements and the regulations associated with the manufacture of acidified foods in Maryland.

Registration is $250 and closes August 8. A brochure with registration information is available on the department’s website.
