Meeting Notice: Spay and Neuter Advisory Board to Meet Sept. 18

ANNAPOLIS, MD (Sept. 4, 2015) –The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board will meet Friday, Sept. 18, from 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S.
