ANNAPOLIS, MD (Jan. 28, 2015) –The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board will meet Friday, Feb. 20, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis in  Conference Room 114.  The board will discuss updates and improvements to guidance and application materials in preparation for the next Spay and Neuter Grants Program 2015 RFP.  For more information.
