Meeting Notice: Spay and Neuter Advisory Board to Meet July17

ANNAPOLIS, MD  –The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board will meet Thursday, July 17, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S.
