Walkoff notification: Threshold

Update: CieAndre Frink was taken into custody without incident on Wednesday, Dec. 28

TOWSON, MD — Public Safety officials are looking for CieAndre Frink, who did not return to Threshold after an approved leave on Tuesday, Dec. 27.

Frink is 5’3″ and weighs about 190 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a medium-dark complexion. He is serving approximately 4.5 years on charges of unlawfully taking a vehicle.

Frink was last seen on Taylor Avenue in Towson at about noon on Tuesday. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
