Kudos to Parole and Probation

TOWSON, MD — Two Parole and probation stalwarts were recently honored with Instructor of the Year awards from the Police and Correctional Training Commissions.

KeVon Young and William Turc were recognized at an annual event designed to thank the two, and highlight the good work of the men and women who help Maryland’s thousands of law enforcement officers do their jobs better.

Young started as a Parole and Probation agent seven years ago and today is a valued instructor at the Public Safety Academy in Sykesville.

Turc works for Parole and Probation in the Public Safety Intelligence Division, helping law enforcement in Prince George’s County in their effort to reduce violent crime.
