Joseph P. Gill Sworn in as DNR Secretary

At 9:45 this morning, Joseph P. Gill was officially sworn in by Governor Martin O’Malley as the 8th Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) (Outgoing Secretary John R.
