Three Tilghman Island watermen were charged Wednesday with multiple violations of oyster regulations by Maryland Natural Resources Police officers.

Maryland Natural Resources Police charged an Allegany County man last Tuesday with violating state hunting regulations. Henry Clayton Vance Livengood, 23, of Cumberland was charged with deer hunting during a closed season, and hunting without written permission, after officers on patrol found him with a dead eight-point buck at Barton Industrial Park.
