The Assateague State Park Marina is now reopen. Repairs were made due to damage from Superstorm Sandy which hit the coastal area in October 2012. This project included replacement of pilings, decking, and floating pier.

The marina offers boat ramps, fishing pier and bay access for non-motorized vessels such as kayaks and canoes.  The marina is open from sunrise to sunset daily. Pets are permitted to board vessels only.  A self-registration service charge is required for parking and boat launch; Annual Passes are available at the park Ranger Station or online at dnr2.maryland.gov/publiclands/Pages/annualpass.aspx
