The two-day event will feature programs and presentations, along with plenty of ways for visitors to enjoy the park on their own, or with the help of a ranger.

The park encourages guests to bring any and all outdoor items to the event including bikes, binoculars, kayaks/canoes and cameras. The weekend will feature self-guided and staff-led activities for all ages and interests.

Tristate Astronomers will be at the park on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. for a special astronomy program. The experts will take guests on a visual tour of the
universe and to answer any questions. In the event of clouds or rain, the park will do an indoor astronomy program at the visitor center.
