Natural Resources Police LogoThe Maryland Natural Resources Police charged three men with hunting and boating violations this past weekend.

Frederick County ─ On April 19, officers charged Bradley Glenn Giffin, 37, of Funkstown, with hunting turkey with the aid of bait on a farm near Myersville. The charge carries a pre-payable fine of $500 with the maximum penalty being $1,500.

Washington County ─ On April 19, officers also charged David Earl Grove, 34, of Middleburg, Ohio with hunting turkey with the aid of bait. 

Anne Arundel County ─ On April 20, officers charged Dennis Harris, 57, of Pasadena, with operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol. Harris was driving a 29-foot center console boat which ran aground in Rock Creek near the Maryland Yacht Club.  Harris had minor injuries and the boat’s passengers were not harmed. Harris was charged with multiple alcohol related citations.
