Set amongst the breathtaking views of Frederick and Middletown, the tea party will include an assortment of teas, as well as gourmet tea sandwiches, scones and sweets from Canapes Catering. Dr. Sunshine Brosi, a professor of Botany at Frostburg State University, will speak about a variety of Maryland plants that can be used to make tea.

Registration is required by March 31, with payment due by April 3. Participants can pay using Paypal at cunninghamgambrill.org/Events.html, or by check to the park.

Located in the park’s High Knob Area, the event will take place in the Tea Room, a native-stone building constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corp in the 1930s. This event is sponsored by the Friends of Cunningham Falls and Gambrill State Parks, and the Maryland Park Service.
