Assateague State Park to Host Bunny Hop Egg Hunt

Participants will hop down the bunny trail at Assateague State Park in search of hidden eggs containing goodies! The event will kick off with a live animal display, crafts and activities, including a raffle and guessing games, with the hunt beginning promptly at 1 p.m.

Hoppers should bring their own basket and a keen eye as there will be plenty of plenty of goodies to be found! Everyone is welcome to attend, however, the egg hunts are designed for children 10 and under. No RSVP required.

Cosponsored by Friends of Assateague State Park, the event will be held at the Rackliffe House located behind the National Park Visitors Center just before the bridge crossing for Assateague Island. The historic Rackliffe Plantation House will be open to guests with a small, cash only entry fee.
