DNR Welcomes Public Input on Plans for Linkwood WMA

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is currently seeking public input on the 15-year vision plan for the Linkwood Wildlife Management Area (WMA), a 313-acre property located in the northeastern portion of Dorchester County.

DNR developed the Linkwood WMA Vision Plan to effectively establish long-term goals, and maintain and manage public access for outdoor recreation and natural resource protection. The plan, to be carried out over the next 15 years, will address conserving, restoring and safeguarding sensitive wildlife habitats as well as creating and maintaining valuable habitat for game species.
