Thank- You to whom it may concern, about us mt. men being able to catch an (1/seaso) otter this season. When I lived in town I fished and hiked along the little yough yr. round. I witnessed otters during the summer, actually a mother calling to the young to continue around my wife n i fishing, what an awesome sight. Also, in the deepest snows of winter right a Rotary Park were thier symbolic run n slide travel signs.
But also bieng an avid trapper, where i would see otter sign, it was just as easy to move on as to try to trap around them.
I’m not knowledgeable as to how long they have been reestablished, but i’ve seen thier sign along most waterways that are of the size to maintain thier living requirements. These encounters of both sign n sightings were 6-7 yrs. ago.
Also, the extended fox hunting only I commend you folks on too.
      Thanks, Tim K.
