U.S. & Maryland Flags Flown Half-Staff Tuesday October 10, 2017

Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, from sunrise to sunset. This is in memory of U.S. Navy Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Timothy T. Eckels, Jr., of Manchester, Maryland, who died on August 21, 2017, while serving aboard the USS John McCain.
