U.S. & Maryland Flags Flown Half-Staff Thursday October 5, 2017

Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff on Thursday, October 5th, 2017, from sunrise to sunset. This is in memory of U.S. Navy Electronics Technician 2nd Class Kevin Sayer Bushell, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, who died on August 21 2017, while serving aboard the USS John McCain.
