Frank Pullifrone Recognized for Exemplary Customer Service

Yesterday was a banner day for Frank Pullifrone, a project manager in the facilities engineering division of Facilities Planning, Design & Construction. At the Board of Public Works meeting, Governor Larry Hogan presented him with the Customer Service Hero Award in recognition of his exemplary customer service. Frank is the first recipient of the award.

“Frank is a responsive, respectful and results-oriented employee,” Secretary Churchill said. “We’re proud of the fine work he’s doing and congratulate him on this well-deserved honor.”

Frank was our Employee of the Month for February.
